CONDITIONS OF SALE

TERMS:

1.0% 10 days, net 30 days

With the understanding that Alte-Rego Corp. agrees to sell merchandise and /or furnish credit, the purchaser agrees to pay a monthly service charge, calculated on outstanding past due balance at the published rate on all Alte-Rego Corp. invoices.  Any rebates and/or discounts only paid if above credit terms are adhered to.

 

We reserve the right to withhold all orders for companies with delinquent accounts.

 

PRICING:

All orders are subject to prices current for the area of shipment at the time of shipment.  Alte-Rego Corp. makes a conscious endeavor to provide a 30 to 45 day notice in the event of a price change.  However, notwithstanding anything in this document, or any other published document, Alte-Rego Corp. reserves the right to make adjustments to the pricing schedules without notice.

 

MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIREMENTS:

All prices quoted by Alte-Rego Corp. are Freight prepaid for “end of rail” destinations, with a minimum quantity of 150 cases of assorted products.

 

For all freight collect orders, a minimum quantity of 50 cases, assorted, is required for it to be processed.

 

For all pick-up orders, a minimum quantity of 25 cases, assorted, is required for it to be processed.

 

TRANSPORATION/CONSOLIDATION OF PRODUCTS:

Goods are F.O.B. shipping point, unless quoted otherwise.  Freight charges are prepaid to any point in Canada via carriers of our choice.  Beyond charges may apply to some destinations.

 

All products provided by Alte-Rego Corp., may be consolidated to qualify for minimum prepaid quantities for freight purposes.

 

WARRANTY:

All Alte-Rego Corp. products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects of material quality and /or workmanship.  In the event of product failure, Alte-Rego Corp. will replace or take back the defective product in question.  Notwithstanding any part of this document or any other document, Alte-Rego Corp. will be saved harmless from any liability arising from any loss or damage from the use of or inability to use its products.

 

RETURN POLICY:

In the event that purchaser wishes to return the goods purchased from Alte-Rego Corp., a written authorization must be obtained from our appropriate area sales office or authorized representative.  All claims of shortages and/or shipping damaged must be made at the time of receipt of goods.  The carriers bill of lading must be appropriately marked for all deficient quantities and/or damaged goods.  All non-standard items are taken back only for reasons of quality deficiency.  Authorized returns of any goods for reasons other than covered by Alte-Rego Corp. warranty are subject to restocking charges.
